Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Jewelry purchased on NakedNates.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition under our voluntary return policy.

To start a return or exchange, email nakednate918@gmail.com with your order number. I’ll reply with instructions. Please use sturdy packaging. You are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label for a change-of-mind return or exchange.

EXCHANGES

There is no exchange fee for eligible jewelry exchanged for a different item within 30 days. You pay the shipping cost to return the original item, and I cover the shipping cost to send your exchange.

REFUNDS

Eligible change-of-mind returns under our voluntary policy are subject to a $10 USD restocking fee. Once your returned jewelry arrives in new, unworn condition, I’ll issue the refund to your original payment method, minus that fee.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

CANCELLATIONS

I sometimes begin making an order as soon as it comes in. Please contact me within two hours of placing your order to request cancellation. Include your order number and clearly state that you are requesting a cancellation.

After that window, your order proceeds through production and shipment. Our return conditions apply if you decide to return it, subject to applicable consumer rights.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please email nakednate918@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem so I can help resolve it. Photos are helpful if available.

The change-of-mind conditions and restocking fee do not limit remedies you are entitled to for faulty or incorrect goods.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

This voluntary policy is in addition to applicable statutory rights, including mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Where applicable law provides different return conditions, refund deadlines, or reimbursement of delivery costs, those requirements apply. No restocking fee applies where prohibited by law.
